This policy explains how DigiSphere S.L. handles your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

When you request a free channel audit, you give us:

To block spam, the website processes your IP address in hashed form for up to one hour. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security. If you email us, we process your email address and your message to reply.

If you use the chat assistant on our website, we process the messages you type, the page you are on and the language of the page. An AI model answers your messages. We save the conversation for 90 days to reply to you, to pass it to our team when you ask for a person, and to improve our answers. Please do not share passwords or payment details in the chat.

  • To prepare and email your free YouTube channel audit report.
  • To send follow-up emails about YouTube growth and our services.
  • To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse.
  • To answer your questions in the website chat and pass them to our team when you ask for a person.

We never sell your data.

4. Legal basis

We send the report and follow-up emails based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You confirm it through double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link, and nothing else arrives until you click it. You withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Spam protection and server logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6.1.f GDPR). The chat assistant answers your questions at your request before any order, and relies on our legitimate interest in replying to visitors quickly (Article 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Processors and recipients

  • MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU): stores your sign-up and sends our emails.
  • Namecheap (Namecheap, Inc., United States): hosts this website. Transfers rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), only if turned on for the form: checks you are human. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • YouTube (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): our videos load only after you click play. Before the click, your browser sends nothing to YouTube.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Limited: ad measurement through the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, as described in the Cookie Policy. UK and EEA visitors get these only after consent.
  • Tawk.to (tawk.to inc.): runs our live chat and stores the messages you send in it.
  • Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC, United States): its Claude AI model answers the messages you send in our chat assistant. Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models. Transfers rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Fiverr: when you click a link to Fiverr, you leave this website and the Fiverr privacy policy applies.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Then we delete it, or keep it blocked only as long as the law requires. Sign-ups without confirmation get no emails besides the confirmation request.

Chat assistant conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.

You have the right to:

  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Restrict processing
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

8. Minors

This website is not meant for people under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
